This future painting needs  an original one of a kind title.A title that makes the subject less obvious and stale. Any idea?

Katherine we all know that a painting is not 'finished even when we think that it is. In this case, I want to leave this unfinished painting  as it it because  I think  your photography, my inspiration for this painting ,  gives  viewers a sense of absolute beauty that I don't want  to  copy or imitate because this beauty is yours only my  dear friend . My intention for this painting is to celebrate the promise of absolute beauty , like the one depicted in your photograph .

Katherine....sappiamo tutti che un dipinto non e' finito anche quando pensiamo che lo sia. In questo caso , voglio lasciare questo dipinto incompiuto perche' penso che la tua fotografia, la mia ispirazione per questo dipinto, dia a chi la guarda un senso di bellezza assoluta che non voglio copiare o imitare. Questa  bellezza e' solamente tua mia cara amica. Il mio dipinto vuole invece celebrare la promessa di una bellezza assoluta e  perfetta com'e' la tua foto .

I finally found a bit 'of time to devote to oil painting. Summer time is  always  hectic and chaotic, projects to be implemented for other people.... the desire to avoid the indoor time  craving  the outodoor fun and the  warm  sun . Last night I started this new painting  while thinking about the beauty of summer '. I tried to use strong colors like a bright yellow that remind me of  the sun's piercing rays   during  summer's  afternoons, a warm orange that remind  me of  hot summer sunsets on the beach and the blue of the sky reflected on the sea.

 

Finalmente ho trovato un po' di tempo da dedicare alla pittura ad olio. Le vacanze estive sono sempre un periodo frenetico e caotico,progetti da realizzare per altre persone   non si riesce a stare in casa, si cercano   sole e  mare e non si trovano mai dieci minuti liberi da dedicare alla propria arte. Ieri sera ho iniziato questo nuovo dipinto pensando alla bellezza dell' estate. Ho cercato di usare colori forti come il giallo vivo del sole del primo pomeriggio ,l 'arancione caldo dei tramonti estivi sulla spiaggia e il blue intenso del cielo che si riflette sul mare.

I finally found the time to complete this piece .I tried to paint a moment frozen in time, the moment of  a holiday summer breakfast  . On a holiday there is always time to relax and laugh  leaving work and everyday problems outisde the door. On a holiday  the jam is allow to drop  on the table as a  sign of joy and abandon.Time passes slowly and even jam that falls on the table remains there' a bit 'more'. The stress of  a breakfast to finish in a hurry to get to work  does not exist on a holiday summer breakfast!

Finalmente ho trovato il tempo di completare questo  pezzo che mi stava molto a cuore.Ho cercato di dipingere un momento fermo nel tempo , il momento della colazione fatta in vacanza . In vacanza c'e' tempo per rilassarsi e per ridere e scherzare e per non pensare al lavoro e ai problemi quotidiani. In vacanza anche la marmellata lasciata cadere sul tavolo e' segno di allegria e spensieratezza . In vacanza il tempo passa piu' lento e anche la marmellata che cade sul tavolo rimane li' un po' di piu' . Lo stress della colazione da finire in fretta per andare al lavoro in vacanza non esiste!
