A dear friend of mine made a wonderful comment on this painting "I like it! It reminds me of the potential that there is' in all of us. A mysterious rosebud full of energy just waiting to see the light of the sun! " 'The initial object that I wanted to paint was, however a green Jalapeno.
When I started to paint this green Jalapeno the idea was to transform the shape and make it more' alive, vibrant ... to remove it from its basic characteristics of form and subject, and to connect it with the surrounding space ... so rosebud or Jalapeno ...I am happy about this painting because everyone sees what he/she has to see beyond the given form.
Una mia cara amica ha fatto un bellissimo commento su questo dipinto " mi piace! mi ricorda il potenziale che c'e' in tutti noi. Un bocciolo di rosa misterioso e pieno di energia che aspetta solo di vedere la luce del sole!!!" In realta' l'oggetto iniziale era un peperoncino verde.
poi pero' se ci penso lei hai ragione ...quando ho iniziato a dipingere questo peperoncino verde l'idea era quella di cambiarne la forma e renderlo piu' vivo , vibrante...toglierlo dai suoi connotati base di forma e di oggetto , fonderlo con la spazio circostante...quindi bocciolo di rosa o Jalapeno...l'esperimento e' riuscito! Ognuno vede quello che deve vedere al di la' della forma prestabilita!
